Emporio Armani Menswear Spring 2011 Collection at Milan Fashion Week paved way for a strong Black Leather Fashion for spring season. Dominance of Mens Black leather fashion was clearly visible in most part of Emporio Armani Spring 2011 runway show.
Lots of fashion-forward menswear with militaristic undertones and chains used as accessory, leather trousers, shorts-over-leggings were presented. It was a bold yet very light and stylish collection. First half of show was all about mens black leather fashion.
One interesting look was model wearing Bermuda shorts over leggings with half sleeve Jacket. Some models were also showing off skin in Emporio Armani underwear with chains in neck, tattoos and one-piece swimsuits.
Spring/Summer 2011 Emporio Armani menswear collection was a nice mixture of technical innovation, reconfigured materials, superb construction, original finishes and much more.

This scenario offered this designer a golden opportunity to develop his signature blend of hyper casual and super formal.
Bottega Veneta told the guys to be alert for monochrome outfits with the presentation of his exclusive collection. Again continuing its exploration of the space in mens wardrobe between formal and casual, this BV Spring 2011 mens collection has easy and non-fussy clothes that are more about ease of movement with fatigue coats, anorak-y shirts, judo style pants.
Bottega Veneta mens collection Spring 2011 was focused and balanced between technical rigor of athletic apparel and refined technique of classically tailored mens wear. With series of monochrome outfits in maroon, olive green, petrol blue especially top, a coat, pants and intrecciato tote, all have the same military shade. Just like Bottega Veneta Resort 2011 Collection, this collection was stylish.
Bottega Veneta Spring 2011 mens collection is full of fluid and boxy menswear with cropped jackets, full and pleated pants. Palette broad & twisted while pattern were subtle rendered in washed hues and small scale.
Jaunty and bold shoes, designed for easy movement and washed leathers were especially prominent. Season bags were functional and unpretentious, made of darkened leather and rustic. Note new expandable styles with zippers that take bag from extra large to regular size. So, one can say that Bottega Veneta again made most of it through his modish and stylish collection.

2010 amfAR New York Inspiration Gala held at The Public Library in New York City was a celebrity studded event. Theme of event was ‘Black Tie and Black Leather’. Celebrities at 2010 amFAR gala were Ricky Martin, Zoe Saldana, Kylie Minogue, Tinsley Mortimer, Cyndi Lauper and Tyson Beckford who flaunted celebrity fashion by wearing black attires.
Celebrities came together for a good cause as gala benefits amfAR’s AIDS research programs. Kylie Minogue hosted amFAR 2010 event and was looking breathtakingly beautiful in JPG dress. Kylie Minogue’s sexy dress by Jean Paul Gaultier was slashed to thigh. Following black leather theme of party, she paired it with leather glove attached with a mini handcuff.
For second dress at 2010 amFAR, Kylie Minogue opted for white chiffon skirt with black leather bodice. Kylie Minogue black leather dress was stunning. It was a big event for Ricky Martin who was flaunting men’s fashion. Ricky Martin honored at amFAR 2010 for his philanthropic contributions through his foundation.
Along with Ricky Martin, talented designer Jean Paul Gaultier was honored for his contributions to menswear and his humanitarian work.
Zoe Saldana at amFAR 2010 Gala looked fabulous in Calvin Klein dress, shoes and clutch. She completed her look with Jack Vartanian gold ring.
Estelle also rocked black leather theme with Jean Paul Gaultier dress from the Fall 2010 Collection. Estelle black dress included a skirt with a slash to the thigh with a sexy lace-up leather trim.
Singer Cyndi Lauper flaunted little black dress that complemented her blonde hairstyle. Kylie Minogue and Cyndi posed together for many pictures. Celebrities in LBD look fabulous.

Milan Fashion Week brings Italian city to life with swarms of celebrities, fashion industry icons, and media. Just like Versace Spring 2011 Collection, Ermenegildo Zegna Spring 2011 men’s collection was all about cool and ritzy menswear. Ermenegildo Zegna menswear collection was packed in a punch of color.
In Zegna Spring 2011 menswear collection, one can see new silhouettes trends such as, oversized parkas, drawstring trousers and accessories which include rich backpacks, sunglasses, ascots, belts that closed the pockets of a blouson, elasticated waist and cuffs on casual pants.
Models walking through runway during Spring 2011 Ermenegildo Zegna runway show could be seen in silk seersucker with a shorter jacket nipped through torso and a softer, natural shoulder and pants that were belted with a long leather thong.
Later the collection was given a stylist’s touch. Zegna suit were lightened up, the message conveyed by them were more loud and clear. This collection for men includes everything one can ask for.
There were also versions in an explosive shade of orange. Orange was a major accent in the collection. One could see some appealing combination of palette which encompassed other sophisticated mixes.

Louis Vuitton Resort 2011 collection
Louis Vuitton unveiled its Resort 2011 collection recently. Marc Jacobs, fashion designer behind giving curves to Louis Vuitton Resort 2011 collection, has done a brilliant job. Hanne Gaby Odiele and Ford’s Emily Senko figure prominently in this collection. Marc Jacobs has put in life in this collection. Unlike Calvin Klein 2011 Resort Collection and Donna Karan Resort 2011 Runway Show, that revealed neutral shades and masculine accents, this collection is truly feminine. One could see ultra-feminine clothes, with prints of fruit vines and peonies and pastel colors in this collection. There were dresses in upholstery florals worked onto Ford’s Emily Senko, and nipped waists.
In Louis Vuitton Resort collection, there were louche glamor in cool striped silk blouses and solid suede jackets. Collection was a chic ease to the dresses, particularly butter yellow shorts suit with pale pink and green, keeping it feminine and pretty.
Models in Louis Vuitton collection were flaunting accessories like oversize chain necklaces, bold, floppy hats and leather driving gloves- all money in the bank for the brand. Other than that, there were bags which remind of Raffia Galliera from 2008. Overall, the collection was Ultra Feminine!
