Playb0y Philippines released their July 2009 issue without a celebrity covergirl. Did they run out of pinay celebrity to put on their covers? We really don't know the story behind but here's what we found on their website.

I'm not sure if I did get it straight. But one thing is for sure, their Playb0y Academy that will be held on July 24 will surely be something not to be missed.
