Eye Looks and Tips

Speedy Shimmer

To create a beautiful eye look in a hurry, rim outer lash line on top and bottom with a light, shimmery eyeshadow shade of your choice. Watch your wide-eyed self come to life in seconds! Try Cinema Beaute Sparkle Eyes Shadow in any of several gorgeous shades sure to perk up tired eyes and get you ready for any get-together!

Bronzed Eye
If you like to travel light and love a product that does double duty, try using a bronzer/highlighter combo for your eyes as well as your cheeks. Simply sweep a fine layer of highlighting powder from lash line to brow, then apply bronzer in the crease of the eye and blend upwards. Voila! You have a gorgeous nude eye without extra products to carry around with you. My favorite product for achieving this look is the Madeleine Mono Duo Colored Bronzer. It looks just as fabulous on eyes as it does on cheeks!

Twinkle Twinkle

For a special occasion twinkle that lasts all night long, prep your eyelids with Too Faced Shadow Insurance by blending a thin layer from your lash line to your brows.

Now, sweep Cinema Beaute Sparkle Eyes shadow in Silver Screen under bottom lashes.

Really bring out those beautiful eyes by using the same mineral shadow in Starry Eyed Champagne to highlight your brow bones, lids and the inner corners of your eyes.

For added definition, rim your lash line with Pur Minerals Mineral Eye Defining Pencil with Smudger in Midnight Sapphire.

Wrap it up with two coats of Sistina Mascara Maxima in Mezzanotte Black.

The Natural

For a natural, subtly defined eye, start by defining brows with the Taupe end of the Duo Eye and Brow Pencil from Princess Livia following your brow’s natural shape. This gives you the perfect framework to begin working your magic!

Using the Tre Bella Colori Eyeshadow Collection, start by dusting the lightest shade under your brow blending down towards the crease.
To warm things up, apply the copper color to your entire lid blending in the crease.  Accent your eyes by adding the darkest shade to outer corners of lids blending up and out.

To add definition and depth, use the darkest shade lightly in your crease, as well, beginning at the outer corner of eyes and blending in towards nose.

To perk up tired peepers and minimize undereye circles, go back and swirl the lightest color shadow in the inner corners of your eyes.

Use the darker end of the Princess Livia Duo Eye and Brow Pencil to define your upper lash line. Blend and smudge into lashes.

Apply Pur Minerals Triple Impact Mascara to upper lashes only.

“Barely” There

For a gorgeous, barely there eye look, use the Sistina Tuscan Sun Contour Wand to warm lids and create depth, by applying color to lids and using a brush or your ring finger to blend up into your crease.

Next, apply Cadette Eyeliner in brown along your upper lash line and smudge slightly for a softer look.

Finish up with Diandra Mascara (upper lashes only) in Brown if you’re a blond or a redhead, and black if you’re a brunette.

Smoke and Mirrors

Create after-dark smolder sure to get noticed using the Too Faced Smoky Eye Shadow Collection.

Start with the second to lightest neutral shade and dust it from lash line to brow.

Using the lightest shade in the compact, press shadow onto your brow bone for an eye-lifting highlight. Now bring on the smoke!

Brush one of the middle shades (you get to choose what kind of smoky eye you create) onto lid from lash line to crease.

Then, using the coordinating darker color, shade in the outer ½ of your lid making sure to blend well. Tip: To take it up a notch for evening, bring this shade ¾ of the way in avoiding the inner-most corner of the eye.

Apply the blackest shadow to both top and bottom lash lines and outer corners of eyes.

You can also use a pencil to rim the inner lash line for added oomph!

Finish off this dramatic eye look with two coats of Jean-Michelle Mascara Magique.
