The said photo includes Bong Revilla kissing a Topless Girl who is actually Assunta De Rossi. Likewise, the photo was actually part of his previous movie "Kilabot at Kembot" with Assunta as his leading lady (check movie poster below). He simply laughed at the news and scandal being charged to him.
